Ego is not this bad thing we’ve been told to believe by society, but what really is ego?
By definitions from Google Search:
Have you had moments where you feel really negatively about yourself (e.g.nobody likes you, you’re not good enough, what’s the point, etc) to feeling really good about yourself (e.g. I’m so good, I know exactly what I’m doing, everybody loves me, etc)?
But are those thoughts true or are they just based on your external stance and your ego?

Everything has a good and bad in it, including ego and it’s important that we stop looking at ego as just this bad thing. Our ego is actually essential for us to function in the world because it is what keeps us different and unique.
